Formatting issue when using pages of text

I have been a long time jotform user. I love the platform. I have decided to do more with the platform for 2016. My first task is essentially pasting and formatting a 6 page word document onto or into a blank jotform, but when you have a lot of text on a 'jotform' things start to act funky. I assume this is because I am using more text than most people do when creating forms and the good people from jotform may have not run into these 'bugs' I am encountering.

It's been a battle to get these 6 pages formatted on the blank jotform template.  I am trying to use Courier New 10pt font throughout the form but for some reason when I get way down (say 5-6 page) my fonts are displaying differently even though the tool bar says the selected text is Courier New 10pt.

I did a screencast here to show rather than tell.  At the start of the video I am at the top of document and things look good but as I scroll down the font is not the same and changing it doesn't really work. I get different results each time I play with bold, switch fonts and or sizes. Like I said, when you have lots of text on a form, the editor starts acting funky.

If anyone has any ideas please share. There's gotta be an easier way.

Thank you for this brief explanation and feedback. I did some checks and I couldn't replicate this error, on the other hand when I copied your text I saw what are you referring to.

Since there is some issue with headings that I noticed and font, like you noticed, it is changing throughout the text.

As I said, I tried copying multiple text paragraphs and didn't encounter this issue.

Is this text maybe scanned or something similar?

If you can tell us more about it since any text I copy it's coming out fine no matter how big the text is.

    We'll wait for your response.

I copied from a clean word doc that is heavily formatted, then pasted into jotform. The word doc was all one font but sizing varied. What's strange is that the clear formatting button on the jotform tool bar doesn't clear the formatting. I think the best thing to do is copy the word doc, paste into a notepad editor to strip out the formatting and paste it into jotform and reformat.  I am experimenting so I am sure I will hit a few road blocks along the way.  If I figure out something I will update.  Thanks for the follow up.

Since you were copying the texts from another source that have its own formatting tags, during the copy/paste process -- the formatting tags used by the source (Word Doc) were also copied to the TEXT field (JotForm). The formatting tags from the Word doc which were copied to the JotForm Text field were probably not compatible or not working.

The safest option is to just paste as Plain Text the copied texts from the source Word doc to the JotForm Text field.

Just format then the plain text in JotFom using the TEXT(HTML) editor tool.
