Could you help me to find why my conditions are not working?

Hi again, sorry to be a pain but I am hung up own this form.  I've been over it many times and cannot see my mistake.

For I am a buyer I have hidden Lines 30-53.

For I am a seller I have hidden Lines 16 to 29.  When you hit seller it should ask "address of the property you wish to sell," but it doesn't do anything at all.

 For an empty value I have hidden from lines four to 56.  It all seems right and logical to me, yet when I try to preview it or send it to myself in the mail the seller button does not work.  Where have I gone wrong?

Some of my colleagues already have answered with the possible reasons that could be generating this.
