Form not resizing for mobile

Using a form on a client's website.. everything looks great on a desktop but the moment it hits a mobile device the form cuts off halfway.

I've made the form responsive and even minimized the form widths but then I get stuck with a slim form on desktop and a good one on mobile.

How do I get a full width form for desktop that resized perfectly for mobile?

    Hello icapitalnow ,

Upon checking your wepage where you have embedded your form and found that you have used your form's script embed code.

Please be noted that for your forms to be mobile responsive, we recommend to embed your form using its iFrame embed code. The following guide should help you how to grab your forms iFrame embed code:  https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

Please embed your form using its iFrame embed code and that should solve your problem.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
