We are not able to upgrade our account

    Account doesnt let me upgrade

    It seems Patrick that you are not logged into your account, which would not allow you to upgrade.

    My suggestion is to first re-log into your account. Based on the email that you have used to contact us it seems that you would like to upgrade your account nasieem1382.

    Once you log into the same you will be able to upgrade your account, but if by some chance you continue experiencing any issues, do let us know and we would be happy to assist with the same.

    Well thats the thing, my account had already been set up for awhile now under the e-mail ecstasyentertainmentescorts@yahoo.com but i was never ever able to recover a new password to this email so what i did was re-registered and made it again under this email but now i'm not sure if it will be applied to the jotform thats attached to my website or not.

    Hello nasieem1382,

    I did check your account and found that there are several forms already there in your account. I see forms in your account which were lasted edited in November 2015 that means forms from your guest account are already transferred.

    I would suggest you to please share your webpage URL where you have embedded your form and we will take a look if that form is available in your account or not.

    What issues are you having when you try tot upgrade your account? Please share a screenshot of the issue and we will take a look. Which subscription plan you would like to upgrade to?
