How to adjust Date and Time field to be DD-MM-YYYY structure?

    I am trying to do German forms and stumbled across a birthday widget for german users about a week ago.

    No I cannot find it any more.

    I do have it on one of my test forms (see link below) but don't know where to find it again for other forms.

    Where was the area in your site structure where I could have found german widgets or date widgets with DD-MM-YYYY structure?

    Is there a site-map for JOTFORM?

    I checked your link and only widget I could see there is Checklist widget, all other fields were translated to German. Regarding the Date and Time field, it is the same field in Control panel that you can adjust to be in European format:

    I could advise you to check our User guide section where you can find guides for all our tools sorted in separate categories.
