What’s the reason for the new limit?

We felt that users who were receiving more than 1,000 views on their forms are getting the same value as users who receive more than 100 submissions. We wanted to make our form limits more fair for every user, which also took into account per capita web hosting costs. Now, whether form views or submissions, we’re all on the same page and know what to expect.

Similar also to the Submission limits, the View limits will reset monthly every 1st day of the month.

I had a pop up widget while I was building a site. I am almost out of form views and the site is just being made. Only traffic is me making it. I always used jotform but this new rule is really putting me of. Submissions are very different that a form view. Maybe it's time to move on. I was having problems with your css too.

Sorry for the inconvenience. I just reviewed you form and did noticed that you already had 700+ views. If you wish we may double your limit for this month. You may also add the JotForm logo in the footer of your form to have unlimited views. You can add this from your setting page:

Your this new tricky marketing plan is not working at all, how can you just set the limit without submitting the form, you have submission limit in each plan, this is fine and according to our need we purchased it, but It doesn't sound professional, you added a condition during the subscription plan, even without informing us. You may have rights to add anything in your service anytime, but like this condition is really not acceptable atleast for us.

This form viewer counter was not there, when we purchased the plan, in middle of subscription, how can you start this, even again asking to upgrade for more higher plan? We feel like cheated now

If you people don't think seriously on this soon, then you will loose may clients like us. Even you will face lot of problem to get the new clients as well.

This is a request and please try to find any other best possible way to ask people to upgrade their plan, but the way you people have started, this is really not acceptable at all at any cost. If you people don't change this soon, then neither we will take any further service nor we will recommend Jotform to anyone, as we have recommended more than 10 people till date.

Can we ask for the refund with the compensation?

We were going through an answer, which one of your team member posted in any query. Now we are loosing confidence on Jotform

Like we have a www.xyz.com website and this website has 5000 pages and we have added common jotform form in every page and we have approx 1000 visitors each day, it means our enquiry form will stop working after 10 days, not only in this website, in all other websites as well. is that so? This is really bad marketing strategy you people have started. Really very bad.

I see you have already subscribed to the Bronze plan, which allows for up to 10,000 form views per month. Your current form view count for this month is 1,213 at this time.

Are you saying that your Google Analytics shows you've had only 200 page views of your website, or 200 different users on the website?

Please note that a form view count will increase each time that a form is loaded, which means that if a user loads or refreshes a page with the form several times, each load will count as another form view. Additionally, if there are multiple forms on a same page, navigating to that page would cause form view count to be incremented for each of the forms on the page.

So if there were 200 users, and each of them on average loaded 5 pages containing a form, or they loaded just one page with 5 forms on it, it would give the count of over 1,000.

There is a way to remove the Form View limits on your forms. 

That is by setting the JotForm footer logo on your forms. You can do this in our account settings page https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings

Hi. The solution for the new tax out of contract form visualization, I must put the logo of jotform. Bad policy for a professional web ... all filled with jotform logos breaking the layout and layout of the web. I do not know who is the responsible of jotform, but has managed to after a few years of client, want to look for another similar service, which do not oblige me to do advertising poster. If I contract a service with some conditions, I think it's fair that they do not change it ... Now, look at the image and I have 9,111 forms viewed and 200 submissions scarcely ... I do not want jotform logo for all my web corners, and if it is A firm policy and decision, please let me know if I want to cancel my service immediately.
