I have embedded my form on a frontpage website, however there are several pages each with a next and back button. Once I have completed the first page and click next the only other option on the second page is back so I am unable to complete the form.

Can you please give us the URL of your frontpage website so we can further investigate the issue? In the meantime, perhaps you can try using the iFrame embed code to embed the form to your website. Here's how: Getting the Form iFrame Code.

We will wait for your reply.
    Regards.

The link you provided seems like does not have a form:

I have embedded my form on a frontpage website, however there are sever Image 1 Screenshot 0

I have embedded my form on a frontpage website, however there are sever Image 2 Screenshot 1

It sounds like it is an issue with the height of the form, did you embedded the iFrame code?

Please, provide us the correct link to the form, we will take a look on the problem that is happening and will provide you with the steps to resolve it.

I was able to load the link you provided now, but it has some errors, it is only displaying text and seems like there are errors on the web console.

I have embedded my form on a frontpage website, however there are sever Image 1 Screenshot 0

Could you please try to re-embed your form?

Loading the direct link to the form seems to be working fine.

Are you referring to the credentials to edit your website?

If so, unfortunately, it is not possible for us to do that, however, I did check the link again and I see it is working now, have you updated the code?

This is what I'm looking on my end. I have embedded my form on a frontpage website, however there are sever Image 1 Screenshot 0

Oh okay. Where I have email, I should also have Name and country/zip code
and when I click submit, there should be a thank you page.

I noticed that, there is only an email field, however, when I checked the code I did not find any Name or Country/Zip field, they are not there.

I have embedded my form on a frontpage website, however there are sever Image 1 Screenshot 0

When I submitted your form using your link it redirected me to a blank page as you say.

I have embedded my form on a frontpage website, however there are sever Image 2 Screenshot 1

Seems like you made some changes on your form after you embedded it, this is why the form in your website does not show these fields and also shows only a blank page as thank you page.

I would suggest you to copy the source code of your form again, it should get all the new fields that you have added to your form, as an example I got the source code of your form and have uploaded it, I tested and there are the Name and Zip fields, I submitted it and it is redirecting me to the correct thank you page.

You can see the embedded form working fine on this link

There are the fields that you have added on your form.

    Embedded.

I have embedded my form on a frontpage website, however there are sever Image 3 Screenshot 2

    Direct link.

I have embedded my form on a frontpage website, however there are sever Image 4 Screenshot 3

Do let us know if re-embedding the form allowed you to see those fields, I checked the console as well and I see all is good, there are no errors, so re-embedding your form should get the a fresh copy of your form.
