Hi,
I was wondering if it is possible to pass forms between people of different departments to fill out different sections of the form ???
Could you help me understand if this functionality is possible. Will be a huge success for us to use your app in the long term.
Thank you
Shalaka

It is indeed possible to pass forms between people of different departments. What you can do is to add an Edit Link in the autoresponder of your form. Here's how: How to Let Users Update Their Form Submissions at a Later Date
When you add the Edit Link in the autoresponder, once the form is submitted by the first department, the autoresponder email will have a link that the second and third department can click to edit the form submission.
Here's a cloned form that I modified so you can see the Edit Link feature in action: https://form.jotform.com/60801300050939.
Do let us know if you need further assistance.

YOLOReplied on March 21, 2016 at 3:45 AMThanks for that. It has clarified my first problem. I can have edit links
in my email notifications.
Second issue is around multiple levels of submission in the form.
Eg. Person 1 fills forms and notification is sent to Person 2 & 3. Now
Person 2 needs to fill second of the form and this notification needs to be
sent to Person 3 & 4.
Is this level of flexibility possible?

You can add a Change E-mail Recipient condition so that if certain fields are filled, the email will be sent to different people. Here's a guide that can help: Smart Forms Using Conditional Logic
sample condition: If approved by finance is equal to yes, the autoresponder will be sent to a specific address or addresses stated in the condition.
If you need further assistance, do let us know.

We are now using jot forms.. just wanted an understanding on whether with
the free account - 100 MB is a per month storage feature or all in all only
100 MB feature? Is this storage on your browser ? ..
I do not think this includes google drive right?
What happens if we exceed 100 MB - do we lose some of the form data on your
site??
Also, what does 1000 monthly form views mean ?
