Need Some Information About Form Views

    Hi,

     

    Where can I see the cycle of my subscription (like when the first day of the month was counted). And how's the form views counted? If I hit the limit, what will happen? Thanks

    Hi there,

    Your account's stats like submissions, form views are reset every first day of the new month, it is not related to your subscription's end date. In general, form views are counted on every preview of your form even if you open it to edit on your account; but the worry of form views can easily surpass by adding JotForm footer to your form and you don't need to worry about this issue anymore.

    Please, see the steps to apply footer to your form:

    Finally, if you hit the limit, your form is going to be disabled for the current month and it will be activated again on the first day of the next month when your submissions reset. For further assistance, please do let us know.

    so how do you know when your submissions are reset? where can we see our reset date for our account?

    Submission and form view counters reset on the first day of a calendar month. This means counters will reset on June 01, then on July 01, August 01, and so on.
