Payflow Integration Request

    Hello,

We are building a form to receive payments and have used the PayPal Pro payment tool to integrate PayPal into our form. However, when setting up the account information, the information the tool asks for is not what is required for logging into PayPal Pro. For example, the form asks for API username and API password. When logging into PayPal Pro, it asks Partner, Merchant Login, User Login name, and password (see attached).

I have chatted with PayPal this morning and asked if there were ways of getting/setting up the form required information, but they said that's not how they work (either at all or anymore). Any ideas on how we can get this to work? We are on a VERY short deadline to get this working.

    Thanks,

    Jay

    Hi,

Let me please clarify that Paypal Pro is different with Payflow. Base on your screenshot, it seems you are using Payflow which is not integrated with JotForm yet. The payment tool you are using is Paypal Pro which requires Paypal Pro credentials.

We have few requests about Payflow Integration. I have also raised your thread so you will get a notification once this is implemented in the future.

    Thank you!

Actually I just verified with PayPal that we do have a PayPal Payment Pro account, not Payflow.

I have a user logged into Paypal.com (not the manager side); do you know where to find the signature?

Yes, I think we should wait for notices form our second level about the integration with Payflow, regarding to the signature, I think this link could help you: http://support.berta.me/kb/online-shop/how-to-get-paypal-api-username-password-and-signature-information

I found out where to request an API login inside of PayPal, which was reference by EltonCris in another thread on a similar subject located here.

If the PayPal site gives you problems requesting API credentials, just call them. They helped us out and got our account straightened out and now have our from up and running.

    Thanks

    @dakotahorizons

You need Website Payments Pro (WPP) activated on your account before you can use our PayPal Pro integration.

Unfortunately, since you already have PayPal Payments Pro (PPP) you will have to create a new PayPal account and have WPP activated by calling 855-787-9084.

Tell them that you need Pro 3.0 with DPRP.

After getting it activated, you may then start using our PayPal Pro integration.
