I just recently took over my company's website and have an issue that my form is disabled. Can you help me look into it? The form URL is: http://www.jotformpro.com/submit.php Sorry that I am very new with our website and php form submission and jotform. If there is any resources that can help me navigate this issue, please let me know.

This is because you have reached the upload limit, you will need to delete some submissions if you want to get free space, otherwise you need to upgrade your account, please take a look to our subscriptions and the upload space that you have on each of them by clicking on this link: https://www.jotform.com/pricing.
If you decide to delete your submissions then you can download your submissions data by following this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/73-How-to-Partially-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF.
You may also delete all the uploaded files, while on the submissions page only click on "Download all uploads".
