    Unfortunately, we are not offering any telephone support at the moment. However, your questions can be answered through this support forum in a timely manner.

    I see that the form views limit of your account has been reached for the month and hence the account is disabled. Please be noted that the Bronze accounts are limited to have 10000 views only. Since your account already having around 12000 views of the forms, the account is tagged as overlimit. Please refer to the blog post below announcing Form view limits.

    In order to receive any further views/submissions, it is required to upgrade your account.

    You may also consider adding a footer with JotForm logo on the forms to lift the form view limits on your account. This can be done by enabling the option JotForm Footer option from your account settings.
