I am having problems with the email I used to register my account, because it is always down.
- The responses go to that email , I can not
- Can not log in to edit or create forms,

The email address registered on the account was in bounce list. It has been white-listed, so yo may try to reset the password, and the instructions will be sent there.
If you do not have access to your email address, we need to verify ownership of the account, please provide the following details:
1) Your JotForm account username.
2) The email address registered on the account.
3) The phone number registered on your JotForm account profile.
