Please help can't receive notification

    Hello,

     

    I need help I c'ant receive any notification.

     

    Email not blacklisted and ok.

     

    Please help quick,

    Hotmail is notorious for filtering emails.  Your form appears to be set up correctly and according to our logs, the test notifications are indeed being sent from our end.  Check your spam/junkmail folders to ensure they are not being filtered there.  If they are not, try using a Free gmail account instead of your Hotmail address.  It will likely allow for the notifications to go through without issue:

    Nothing in junk...and when changing address, the testing is made woith old address, can't change it.

     

    I had to change email in Account, now working.

     

    So Hotmail + JotForm = not good...ok

    Hotmail does indeed work with JotForm, however, it has filtering issues that seem to need to be attended to frequently.  I would recommend continuing to use a different service if possible.
