How to pass zip code from address field to Zapier?

I'm trying to integrate a form via Zapier.  When the address data comes into Zapier, its in a single block instead of being broken out by individual fields.  We need to break the data out so we can use zip code in order to do a lookup on nearest dealers.  Is there a way to get the data to be separate?  Zapier suggested we break the fields up.  Is that the only solution?

Unfortunately, there is no way to break up the values of the address fields. You will have to break up the fields in order to get the data separately. 

If you only need to use zip code in your form you can remove the zip code from address field and add a separate field for zip code. This way you won't have to recreate the whole address field.
