I paid to have my account upgraded and it is not upgraded but it has already charged my account.

It looks like that you have upgraded a vdilla account instead of the nesybreg account.
We can offer two options:
1) Process refund, so you will be able to upgrade the correct account.
2) Transfer forms from vdilla to nesybreg account.
