Yes, this is saved, however, you may have deleted some fields or the field that you had previously on that email template could be removed, I have checked my forms, and the issue is not there even on old forms, this could be a temporary glitch as well, due to an update or something else, but if it happens again or if it is present on other form, let us know here, we will let our developers know about it.

OK, agradeço a resposta, mas tudo estava funcionando normalmente e meu cliente que me avisou do problema, com isso, terei que construir os relatórios novamente ?

Sorry for what happened. You can always re-create the email notification anytime. If you created a new one, the field names will auto-populate with the answers column. I cloned your form and I can see that you were able to create a new one now.

Mas tenho outros que sumiram e criei em formatos diferentes e agora tenho que fazer novamente.

Can you please indicate if you are having the same issue with other forms? Honestly, this should not have happened unless there was a corrupt field, that broke the email.
If you are having this problems with other forms, please let us know so our backend team can review and analyze what could have occurred.
