Why is the jotform logo appearing on my site?

    it wasn't before now it is. did my subscription expire?

    Hello Imogenius13,

    No there is no problem with your subscription. 

    I did check your form and found that the JotForm logo is part of the form template you have in form. Please inject the following custom css code in form to hide the header logo:

    .form-all:before {

        background-image: none;

    }

    Oh I must've changed templates. I was trying to fix the mobile problem I posted about earlier. I'll fix this and those other problems tonight.

    You can also reset the theme by applying this one: https://www.jotform.com/theme-store/theme/default-theme 

    Then you can design your form easily using our Form Designer Tool. Here are some video tutorials to help you further: https://www.jotform.com/help/300-Form-Designer-Tutorial-Let-s-create-fantastic-forms-
