    Email Notifications: Emails using the "Text" method are being sent blank.

    Hello, 

    I have jotform installed on a number of webpages on my site. It's a great product!

    Unfortunately I have a major issue with our main contact form. Overnight, it has suddenly started sending blank emails with no information from our form fields. I can't work out the issue - there are a number of 'required fields' and I can replicate the problem by filling it in myself. Some of the submissions don't even show up in the jotform backend (yet we are still receiving an email).

    This morning, one managed to make it through - making it even harder to pinpoint the problem! I figure it's a server error on your end? If you could please help me out, it would be much appreciated.

    I checked the form that is embedded in the link that you shared, I see that you are using the Text method in the email template, we had an issue with this method before and this is why your emails are being sent blank, although it was fixed, old emails need to be re-done in order to get them working again, if you have not added custom information to your form then you may try simply deleting it and re-doing it again, it should fix the issue. 

    If you have added custom text to your form then you will need go to our old wizard: http://www.jotform.com/?old

    Once there open the email notifications in your form, copy the text and paste it again in to the email template, save the changes, go to the new wizard loading the normal URL https://www.jotform.com/myforms?

    Open the email wizard and save the changes, this should fix the issue as well. 

    Do let us know how it goes and if it worked.
