Is it possible a submission not to be saved or logged?

yesterday dropbox was having problems, today ...

In my Dropbox/FTP folders are made with users cv and photo uploaded! But the form itself wich should have been a pdf is no where. Even more, the submit is not logged by jotform, by this i mean the number of submissions doesn't increase and so on.
Confirmations emails aren't send and such.

Is this from the way i am using the form? How do i fix it if is like that?

As i said yesterday i am expecting an increase of submit this weeks, if some submits dissapear it will be very bad for me and my project. Do you have some logs you can verify? it's the 3rd submit lost from 27 submits so far! Not a good ratio unfortunatly. Can they be recuperated?

    Thank you!

Also if you can find in the logs why the submission failed can you tell me what to modify or at least how to approach this so it doesn't happen anymore?

It happened again with another submission. It may be because the form crashes and data is not send rigth after the files get uploaded.

this also may be a security issue for you jotform team because if it can be reproduced we could use this form to upload files and stuff witout getting contorized by you to our dropbox/ftp. juts my 2 cents.

Let me get this straight. Is it just the PDF file (with form details) that is missing? Are the attached files sent successfully to your Dropbox account?

Furthermore, have you checked your JotForm account's submissions page for the said missing form? If not, please do, then let us know what happens.

Yes. Just the pdf file with form details was missing. I checked with JotForm acoount's submission page and the those submissions were not logged, or how can i say this, were not there, JotForm did not know about them more or less.

It's ok now. Fortunatly i have they're CV's so i was able to tell them to reapply, they did and it worked now.
If it happens again i will try to gather more information. I myself in my testing was not able to reproduce this.
