How can I take user to end of form based on answer?

Hi

 

I am looking for the possibility to end the answering process when saying "no" to the first Question:

Do you need help -> no = End of question process

Do you need help -> yes = more questions to answer.

 

How can I manage this?

You can take advantage of our conditions feature to show / hide form fields based on the answer of any fields.

Another alternative is to add "Page Break" field in your form and then add conditions to skip any page based on the answer. The following guide should help you:  https://www.jotform.com/help/350-How-to-skip-pages-using-conditional-logic

· If „4. Unsere Praxis ist interessiert an einer Unterstützung“ answer-value is = Nein, then go to 15. Anregungen / Bemerkungen
· If „4. Unsere Praxis ist interessiert an einer Unterstützung“ answer-value is = Nein, then disable field x –y
· If „4. Unsere Praxis ist interessiert an einer Unterstützung“ answer-value is unlike = Ja, then disable field x –y
·
Where am I wrong? What do I have to change to get the result

if Answer to 4. ist No, go tot the end of the form

I tested the form and you have one condition active:

If Unsere Praxis is equal to Nein then go to page 3:

And on Page 3 you have some fields with personal information:

If you just want people to send the form if the answer is no, you can add an extra submit button on the same page as question 4, and if people answer no, add a condition that will show the submit button:

Thank you very much for you answer

I noticed, that the if – when conditions do not work with every Checkbox-Widget. I tested 3 or 4, with the one I use now, the conditions work properly. But there are others not usable with logic conditions !!

I checked the form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/60314267289964 but it is currently in disabled mode.

What my colleague said is that there is this form: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/60314267289964, the name of the form is: Fitnesscheck für Lernende vor Abschlussprüfung

But it is in disabled mode:
