I upgraded my account 4 days ago and it has not been upgraded!?
This is affecting my business substantially and I need this fixed ASAP!

I was able to trace your silver monthly subscription #S-2C871630XH5221914. I have gone ahead and applied this payment to your account. You should be able to now sign in to your JotForm account and all your forms are now active.
