Unable to match checkbox and radio buttons to mailchimpAsked by rubbabubba on March 22, 2016 at 07:32 AM
Please send any suggestions, the check boxes are my groups that i send different emails to via mail chimp depending on their selection.
Please help. my mail chimp form is below
In order to map your fields from jotform to mailchimp properly you must first make sure you've created the fields within mailchimp so that the data merges over appropriately.
But, do note that this only works with some fields and not all so you have to create and play around with it a little bit. In some cases you can use a textbox in place for other fields to collect certain data that might not be listed.
Here's what I mean by that:
Here's another screenshot to show you how you can make this work for your checkbox with just the textbox created in Mailchimp.
I created the added a new field within Mailchimp and named that Textbox 1 then in jotform integration I mapped the checkbox field to the textbox depicted below with the final result.
Thank you very much! all sorted now!
