    Not receiving notification subject line

    I am not receiving the subject lines with my notification for these 2 forms:





    How do I fix this as it is important for me to know where my visitors are coming from.

    First, I check if we have any issue on subject line with sending notifications. We don't have any issues. The subject lines are showing properly.

    I cloned your form and did a test submission, the subject line for the notifications are showing properly as well.

    I checked your mail logs and I saw 2 submissions related to the form you provided above:


    In the form id 60803168589970, the subject line is 
    New order from {email10} {services4} BMFsccIG

    Here's the subject line in the email notification:

    The {email10} is showing but not the {services4} because there is no element name like that in the form.

    Please try to edit your subject line to whichever you prefers. If you need any help, let us know. Thank you.
