Submitted files are showing 404 error when trying to download the same

    I am trying to download some files but there is not the attached files.

    I really need them, what can I do?

    Actually the files are there and the link is working properly, but since you are over the submitted files are now locked and you will not be able to access them.

    I have re-enabled your account for a moment to confirm that the file you have linked to is there, and as such you should be able to see the file that you have given the link for, but in general, as soon as you go over the limit, you will not be able to download any files.

    To resolve this, you will need to upgrade to a higher paid plan instead or alternatively, use the JotForm Footer option (found under account -> settings) which will show the footer on your forms and in the same time give you unlimited views on your forms.
