We found problems when we select "attached pdf" for notification, in all this case failed to send email.
Can you solve the problem ?

I've checked your email logs I see that the emails that are sent by Sendmail provider are failed.
As you can see that the emails sent over Amazonses are sent from our servers working without any issue.
I suggest you remove SMTP method and ony use firstname.lastname@example.org.

I see that Amazonses provider for send email works fine, how can i set it ?

You're most welcome. You can remove your SMTP method easily with Jotform. Please, check the guide below for more information:
In addition to that, you can also set up notification with firstname.lastname@example.org. However, you've already set up notification with Amazonses provider.
It seems you've also deleted your Sender Email.
