    Failed on select "attached pdf" for notification

    We found problems when we select "attached pdf" for notification, in all this case failed to send email.

    Can you solve the problem ?

    I've checked your email logs I see that the emails that are sent by Sendmail provider are failed.

     

    As you can see that  the emails sent over Amazonses are sent from our servers working without any issue. 

    I suggest you remove SMTP method and ony use noreply@jotform.com.

    Can you help me for remove SMTP method and use noreply@jotform.com ?

    I see that Amazonses provider for send email works fine, how can i set it ?

    You're most welcome. You can remove your SMTP method easily with Jotform. Please, check the guide below for more information:

    In addition to that, you can also set up notification with noreply@jotform.com. However, you've already set up notification with Amazonses provider.

    It seems you've also deleted your Sender Email.

    I've sent you a test email . Did you receive it?

    yes, i receive test email.

    I modified the SMTP settings but I have the same problems,
    can you verify the last submission error 334536283518792838 ?

    please, help me to resolve a problem.
