Urgent! My account has been disabled!

I have reached the limits of form views but it only happened because I made many changes in my forms recently and most of views are from my on access to my website. Is there a way to clean my own views? How can I know wich day turns to another month with more limit views avaiable? I won´t upgrade my account because my website always have much less than 1000 access.
