    How secure is it? Safer to transfer to a credit card?

    UPDATE: Unfortunately, Dwolla is discontinuing its product as of October 2018. But if you’re looking for an alternative to collect ACH payments through your forms, you can check out other great alternatives here.

    According to Dwolla websites, their platform stores sensitive data at rest using strong cryptography provided by the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) with 256 bit keys, Galois Counter Mode (GCM) and ongoing key rotation. Also, it is equipped with strong cipher suites controlled by Transport Layer Security (TLS).
