Connecting form with google site

Asked by mkblaney on March 22, 2016 at 02:14 PM

I am following your instructions on adding the form onto my google site but when I get to the step about entering a form ID the instructions don't add up. Please see attached for what my page looks like.

Gadget settings will open. You should write your formID ( ) in order to add your form into your page.

After you add the Form URL you need to add the form ID inside the field where it says 'Form ID (required ).

You can get the From ID by opening the form your account and copy the last number part of the URL. Paste those digits into the field to load the Form.

Hope that solves the problem. Contact us anytime If you need more assistance.
