Can you help me with the integration of this feature?  Does the form I use this feature with have to be a fillable PDF?  I keep getting message an error message when I try test out my simple lease agreement form.   If it is integrating, I am not sure how the process works?

I have two adobe accounts.  Is that causing confusion for jotform?

I am trying to use this form to have short-term lease agreement pdf signed between us (the church) and a user (renter of one of our facilities).  Here is the link to the form:

    I appreciate your assistance.

    Thank you.

You do not require to have a fillable PDF form to use this widget. I have just reviewed the widget and I am also having problems integrating it properly to any of my forms. I m able to authenticate but when I try to add the widget (pressing the ADD WIDGET), the widget does not get added and the wizard does not close.

I am assuming that you are also getting this issue.

I have reported the problem to our back end team. They are currently reviewing the issue and will be getting back to you through this thread as soon as we have any information.

Yes, thank you. I have seen the message you are referring to but was able to add the widget to the form. Once I tried to test the form with the widget I get an error.
I look forward to hearing from you.
    Best regards,

Unfortunately as of right now there's no news about this issue yet but it is assigned to one of our developers as an important issue to look into as soon as possible.

Generally we do not promise any sort of timeframes because it depends on the workload our dev team has ahead of yours with existing reported issues. And sometimes it may take a little longer than expected though we try not to keep anyone waiting too long.

However, our dev team is usually fairly quick in most cases and please rest assured that we will certainly notify you as soon as possible once its resolved.

We're sorry for the long wait.

    The bug is now fixed.

You should now be able to integrate your form without incident.

Please give it a try - let us know.
