Why was my account disabled?

    I got an email which said that "You have currently reached the limits of your account. Your forms are disabled now." However I only have 78 submissions and your plan says that for a free account I can receive 100. I have not reached the limits and still my account was disabled. Can you please turn it back on? I am still deciding if I want to use this service moving forward.

    The account was disabled due to form view limits. Please be noted that Free subscription accounts are limited to have 1000 views. Please refer to the blog post below announcing Form view limits.

    As I check your account now, it seems that you have already upgraded your account now. I see that it is now holding Bronze subscription.
