Why won't my PDF forms download correctly?

Hello. I am using JotForm to receive applications for a program and whenever I try to download the finished applications as a PDF the layout is messed up. In the preview of the PDF the questions are on the right and response is on the left but upon downloading the applications and previewing them the questions and responses are flipped, making it difficult to read. I have tried downloading several different applications and have the same problem each time. 

I reset the layout of your PDF and it should be displaying properly once again.  If it still is not when you create a PDF of your submissions, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.
