Form stopped showing up

Hello - my forms (both of them) stopped showing up on my site.  is that because they were full?  I've downloaded and deleted the submissions, so they should be empty now.  Can you advise if that should fix it, because it's still not showing up on my website.  Thank you.

Your account is over the limit. Your SSL submissions number is over the quota. The submissions quota is calculated on every submission of form that is sent through the secure protocol. This number increases on every submission of the form. The limit on your account will reset at the beginning of every month. You also have an option to upgrade your plan. That will increase the number of SSL submissions and reset the limit immediately.

If your form does not collect some sensitive data that needs to be carried over SSL protocol you can use the non-secure version in the future.

To change to non-secure protocol just change the prefix of your form's URL from https:// to http:// when embedding.

The deletion of received submissions does not decrease the counter.
