How to integrate JotForm with FreshBooks?

    Hi, I am trying to have a form integrate with freshbooks but i have a hard time achieving that.

    The message that i'm getting :

     

    Map Form Fields for Client

    Please map your form's fields to FreshBooks fields.

    Email:Please Choose a FieldAddressEmailFaxFullnameHome PhoneMobileNotesOrganizationSecondary AddressWork PhonePlease add email field
    Fullname:Please Choose a FieldAddressFaxFullnameHome PhoneMobileNotesOrganizationSecondary AddressWork PhonePlease add a fullname field or a textbox field

    When you add the integration to your form then you should be asked to map the fields, on that window you need to select the fields where you want the fields form your form will be saved, for example, I have integrated a sample form with FreshBooks, on the fields mapping window I selected the fields, this is how it should look:

    I would suggest you to map the same fields as on FreshBooks, I mean, select the field "Full name" for name, "Phone" for telephone numbers, "E-mail" for email addresses, the same that are listed under the Quick Tools in the Form Builder:
