    Notification E-mail: Why am I not receiving emails from my form?

    I've just created a new form and have the notification e-mail setup to send to chelsie@westernreporting.com upon submission.  When I test the notification e-mail, I received the test.  When I tested the form with a submission, no e-mail.  Can you please double check my settings and tell me what I'm missing?

    This is because your email address is in our bounce list, the reason is below: 

    550 Backend Replied [d0555265.0.411585.00-2341.883892.p02c11m001.mxlogic.net]:  5.7.1 Message rejected as spam by Conte

    I have removed it and you should receive your email notifications now, I have checked the email notification and I noticed that is properly set, however, I would like to share you this guide to keep in mind, it will help you to avoid bouncing: http://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-email-bouncing-related-issues

    You may also check and remove your email addresses from our bounce list by following this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-remove-your-email-address-from-bounce-list

    If the issue still persists then you will need to whitelist our IP Addresses, you will find them on this link: http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses

    Note: It only works if you are using our default sender email addresses noreply@jotform.com  or noreply@formresponse.com
