    Hello,

Our form asks for candidates to upload a resume file. When we click on the resume file link in their jotform submissions we sometimes get this error message: http://files.jotform.com/jufs/mpteng/51675108294156/334494436612250578/Education+Resume.pdf

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

I wanted to make sure that this error was called to your attention as it's happened for multiple candidates and slows down our process.

Thanks in advance for your response!

This error could occur if your submitter didn't completely uploaded his file. My suggestion is to enable multiple uploads so your users can see that they actually uploaded their files. To do that please follow:

With that option enabled, your users will see what they uploaded:

Please let me know if this worked for you and if you have any further questions.

    Thank you!
