    SMTP configuration

Asked by Merkategia on March 22, 2016 at 08:29 PM

    Hello,

    I received this email....

There was an error on your SMTP configuration. Due to that error, our system automatically changed your email sender's address for your form ID 50685691501861 to noreply@jotform.com to prevent issues arising from your account.

Please log in to your JotForm account (http://www.jotform.com) to correct your SMTP configuration.

If you have questions, please post your questions to http://www.jotform.com/answers/ or send an email to jotformsupport@gmail.com.

Do I have to correct something? or What should I do?

    Thanks

May I ask which form did you encounter the issue with the SMTP configuration? This would help us investigate the issue further. In the meantime, perhaps you can try re-configuring the SMTP in your form, and make sure that all the credentials correct.

Here's a couple of guides that may help:

Send Form Emails From Your Own Email Address

Do let us know how it goes.
    Regards.

It looks like you are already updated your SMTP settings, are the emails still not coming through?  I checked our logs and the SMTP emails appear to be sent successfully from our end.
