why is my form not processing after i fill in the blanks

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you are unable to submit your form?

With which form you are having this issue with? Do you see any error message when you submit your form? I did test your form by sending a test submission successfully. Please check the screenshot below:

I was able to just add the link to my website. So that solved the problem for now. There was no error message. I was using the wordpress.com form and it looked great. When I would press submit it would just sit on Please wait and never go on to a new window. Thank you
