I am not getting an email once send the jotform

    Hi, I am using jotform in most of my client's web site, I have tested by filling sample inquiries but they are not coming to my email. please check. It is showing in the jotform back-end.

    I checked your emails and I saw that one of them is in our bounce list, we're sorry for this inconvenience, the reason is below:

    Reason(s) : smtp; 550-5.7.1 Unauthenticated email from yahoo.com

    I removed your email from bounce list so everything should be fine now. Please follow this guide to avoid any future issues.
