Hi, I am using Jot forms for most of my client's web sites, recently I have noticed that once client fill the jotform it is not receiving to my gmail. But it is showing in the Jotform back-end. my email is sanjaya.desilva.1981@gmail.com, I typed the URL in below box.

Results shows;
Reason(s) : smtp; 550-5.7.1 Unauthenticated email from yahoo.com is NOT
sanjaya.desilva.1981@gmail.com is NOT in the unsubscribe listPlease, check the Amazon SES Developer Guide: http://docs.aws.amazon.com/ses/latest/DeveloperGuide/remove-from-suppressionlist.html.
I removed it from the bounce and unsubscribe lists.
I also checked your mail logs. It seems [2016-03-23 05:04:07] Submission #334533047161424457 Form #30653072913450 FAILED to sanjaya.desilva.1981@gmail.com from noreply@jotform.com via AMAZONSES
To prevent getting you email address back to the amazon suppression list, kindly add the following IP addresses to your mail server's whitelist

In addition to that, you can also remove your email address from bounce list.
