Hi, I am using Jot forms for most of my client's web sites, recently I have noticed that once client fill the jotform it is not receiving to my gmail. But it is showing in the Jotform back-end. my email is firstname.lastname@example.org, I typed the URL in below box.

We are sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. Your email address, email@example.com is IN our bounce list.
Reason(s) : smtp; 550-5.7.1 Unauthenticated email from yahoo.com is NOT
firstname.lastname@example.org is NOT in the unsubscribe list
Please, check the Amazon SES Developer Guide: http://docs.aws.amazon.com/ses/latest/DeveloperGuide/remove-from-suppressionlist.html.
I removed it from the bounce and unsubscribe lists.
To prevent getting you email address back to the amazon suppression list, kindly add the following IP addresses to your mail server's whitelist
In addition to that, you can also remove your email address from bounce list.
