- kevincoxdvmAsked on February 28, 2012 at 10:51 AMSo apparently when clients have been trying to fill the forms using Internet Explorer as their web browser there seems to be an error right before they try to submit their paper work. Had three people call with the same problem, and what they said was, it lets them add all their information, however when they go down to submit the forms, they just keep a busy sign. One lady said she let it sit for ten min. before giving up and calling us.So, don't know what is causing it or why, but if you get time can you please look into this. Internet Explorer is a horrible web browser but a bunch of people still use it, and don't want to down load another browser into their computers.

Can you tell us which exact form under your account your users are having problems with? We need to be able to recreate the problem so we can provide a more accurate solution.
By the way, I noticed that your site uses the forms' script embed codes. This could prove to be problematic if your site's scripts are having a conflict with JotForm's.
Kindly try using iFrame method then let us know if it helps or not.
To get your form's iframe codes:
1. Click Setup & Embed tab
2. Click Embed Form button
3. Choose iFrame option
4. Copy the codes provided in the succeeding screen
