My username is onunez, I would like to upgrade my current plan which is Bronze to SILVER.
The price of SILVER is $39, so the price difference between BRONZE and SILVER is $20. Based on this--and the fact that on March 16 I was charged with $19 for my current Bronze plan--I would like to know if I can pay only the DIFFERENCE (i.e., $20) in order to upgrade my current plan. You can keep my 16th-of-every-month-renewal-service, I have no problems with that; it is just that when I try to upgrade, the website is asking me for a payment of $39, so basically the $19 that I have already paid would be "lost".
You could please help me out with this? I am almost at the limit of submissions right now, so I would like to solve this issue ASAP.

Unfortunately, since you are using Paypal. This is not possible. What you can do is cancel you subscription and we can refund or credit you for the days that have not been used. Once you have cancelled you may upgrade to the proper plan you like.
To refund you or credit you, you must first cancel you Paypal subscription account.

If I cancel my subscription right now, and I upgrade immediately to Bronze after cancelling the Silver one, would I loose any information? Let me know if the process would not affect any submissions that I have, so I can make the cancellation and upgrade right now.

Any data you have will not be affected when upgrading or downgrading your account. The only thing that will change is the limits of the new plan.
Please let us know when you have cancelled your Paypal subscription to proceed with the refund or credit you for the days not used.

I just cancelled my subscription. Now I will proceed to subscribe to the SILVER plan. Thanks!
