I am trying to upgrade and the site for submitting payments seems to be down! our account is

Can you please login to your JotForm account and try to upgrade again? If the problem persists, please do let us know.

I tried again and got nothing. Or, there is no indication that it has worked. We want to upgrade and are prepared to do so asap. Is there any way you can suspend the "disabling" of our site until this issue is resolved. this site is integral to our daily discipline plan.

I have received no response:
I do not have access to my form.
My account has been disabled.
My discipline plan has been impacted!
How do I pay and upgrade. Please give me a phone number to call. Please provide a viable mechanism to continue patronage! Please help me.

After i have reactivated your account, you got autosuspended by our antiphishing detector. I have now unsuspended your account and whitelisted your forms. But you need to delete the form-id 3515017561 (Welcome to Google Docs). This form contains a password field. It might get you suspended again.
By the way, you opened two different threads. I've responded to the other one. Please open only one thread next time. As you can see, it's very difficult to track multiple threads.
