Spreadsheet Integration is not Working

    Fisrt of all, I have to say that jotform is awesome! I will definitely recommend to all my friends.

    BUT...there's always a "but".

    The integrate option is not working properly. I made a form where people need answer some questions and at the end, upload a picture and a pdf file.

    I need integrate the form with google drive, to get the files and create the spreadsheet. But it seems that only one is working. I mean, I authorized both, but only the drive option is working, not the spreadsheet.

    How can I solve this?

    First of all, thank you for the great words about JotForm. If we come to your question, I did the same test with my form which has Google Drive and Spreadsheet integration at the same time; but didn't replicate the same issue with you, both of them have received last submission from the form.

    In this case, I suggest you to remove and re-integrate the Spreadsheet integration again. Also, please don't forget to let us know the results.
