I'm sorry, I'm not quite sure if I understood your concern correctly.

Would you like to display the submission data on your form so that others can see it but not modify it? Is that how you would like it to work?

    Here's a sample form: https://form.jotform.com/60824541285961

Noticed that the table listing report above shows the list of submission using that form. To do that, you need to follow the steps below:

    1. First, create an HTML table listing or Grid list report.

    2. Now after that, use the iFrame embed widget and add the report link there.

Here you can paste the table report link and adjust appropriate the width and height.

Now every time a new submission has been made, it will be displayed on that report and on the form itself.

If you wish to update the submission, you can simple use the "Edit" button in your submissions page. Or use the edit link.

Let us know if I misunderstood your concern.

If I understood you correctly the time on the submissions on your form is not correct for your team. I suggest you to change your time zone to match your team's time zone.

You need to set the time zone correctly in your profile settings since we are using the time zone set in your account for time zone for the submissions.

    Click on your account settings:

    1. In account settings select the Settings option

    2. In the Timezone section click on edit button.

When you click on the edit button a drop down menu will open where you can choose your time zone.

    This should solve the problem.

Could you please explain us your workflow so we can try providing a workaround for you since Jotform does not support that kind of email alert.
