Can I have multiple forms within 1 form using the drop downs?

So my company needs many forms and signatures due to the nature of the business.  What I am attempting to do is be able to send an employee 1 form and let her know which "sub" form I need her to do.  Most of the time it is all of them but sometimes they only need 1 or 2 of the 5.  The way I have the attached form it wont let me do that.  They have to complete all of the forms just to submit the one I need.  Hopefully this makes sense  :)

Thanks in advance for any help!!

Okay so basically it seems to me based on your above explanation that you need to allow your employees to be able to use and submit only certain forms even though sometimes on occasion they might need to fill and submit all of them out of several.

Looking at your current form of the page url you provided above it seems to me that you've created all of your forms under form collapses and because of that type of formatting it is technically all one single form. If none of the fields are required then that would be the only way this type of workflow would work though there's a high chance that your employee could possibly miss a field.

I think a better solution to this would be to create a Multipurpose Form which is essentially "several" of your forms created as Individual Forms but they are embedded on a Master Form using our iFrame Embed Widget.

You can clone the forms below to see how I've set all this up if you want to take a closer look.

    Here's a Sample Master Form:  https://form.jotform.com/60824992264968

And here's the Individual Forms I have embedded on to the Master Form:
