Why isn't my my edited form updating?

I have edited several forms and they still have the old information on them even after it's saved. 

I see that there are 4 forms in your account have been edited recently. You may review the changes made to your forms from the form revision history. 

Please try opening the forms in a private/incognito window to see if the changes are applied. You may also try checking the forms in a separate browser. If the issue still persists, please you let us know the changes made to one of your forms so that we can check and provide you with necessary assistance.
