i have used over the 10 free payment submissions for this month and my forms have been disabled - there are a number of submissions pending as a result! Will i receive these submissions when i get my monthly allocation back on the 1st of next month?

When the account reaches the limits the forms would stop working and no submissions would be saved. The submissions done when the account reached the limits will not be reflected even when the quota is reset by next month.
When a user visits the form they would see the error:
Form over quota
This form has exceeded its allocated quota.
The forms will only be reactivated once you upgrade or wait for the quota limits to reset.
