Isn't this quota per month? It's not renewed in my account. How can I decrease this number? I tried to delete some forms but the number hasn't changed.

The submission limit is actually counted from the 1st day to the last day of the calendar month. It resets every 1st day of the following month.

In your case, you have already reached the limit of 1,000 submissions this month for Bronze plan. When you reached any of the limits, all of your forms will temporarily be disabled. If you wish to continue to use your forms, you need to either upgrade to a higher subscription plan OR wait for the submission limit to reset, which happens every 1st day of the month as mentioned. This means deleting submissions won't free up your submission limit.

Let us know if you need more information on this.

I haven't used 1000 reponses this month. In fact I have used aprox. 1000 since 2015. Could you check for me, please?

I recalculated and refreshed your submission count in our system, and it is showing 892 regular submissions while it remains 1015 for SSL submissions (this count is only for the month of March). I presume you are still using forms that are not using HTTPS protocol? The regular submission count and SSL count should actually be the same. Or you have an active form that is still receiving a lot of submissions unnoticed. I'm unable to further investigate, as it seems like you have already deleted some forms and submissions.

I see you have already upgraded to "Silver" plan, if you would like to switch back to Bronze after a month, you can easily do that in your Account->Billing section.

If the count is incorrect and you believe you are far from reaching your submission limit for the month of March, please let us know and we will have it investigated further.
