Every time someone fills out a jotform I have to come find it on this website because it does not go to our regular business email, so i never know when we get one i have to constantly check here.
By default every form you create will send submissions notification to the email associated with the account.
The email ( Your business email ) you need notification to be sent to must be set in your form Email Notification, otherwise you will not get those notifications when form is submitted.
Here some guides to set Email Notifications
If you notice that the email address ( Your business email ) is properly set in form Notification configuration, please let us know the form and the email so we can look at it.
